| Abstract: | The industrial production of edible fungi, which is rising gradually in China in recent years, is one model of edible fungi production. The definition as well as the awareness of industrial production of edible fungi was discussed. Furthermore, the strengths and limitations of industrial production were analysed in the paper. Finally, the prospect and trend of the development of industrial production was predicted. |
