| 摘 要： | 我国人均森林面积很少,森林质量很低。一定要紧密结合实际,正确把握森林生态建设的发展方向,紧紧抓住丰产林培育、森林资源储备和自然保护区建设3项工作重点,尽最大努力缩小与世界平均水平的差距。
