| 摘 要： | 以菠萝品种“台农17号”冠芽为外植体，采用1．0～5．0mg／L 6-BA、0．1～0．5mg／LNAA、1．0—4．0mg／LIBA激素配比对芽诱导、继代增殖和生根进行培养。结果表明，适宜菠萝冠芽诱导和继代增殖培养的培养基为MS＋6-BA3．0mg／L＋NAA0．1mg／L，继代增殖周期在22d较为适宜，增殖系数为6．8；适宜生根培养基为1／2MS＋IBA3．0mg／L＋NAA0．5mg/L，以沙：塘泥（1：2）为假植基质，假植成活率达94．0％，植株生长健壮，长势良好。

| Abstract: | The crown bud of pineapple variety Tainong 17 was used as explants,different hormone combinations ranging from 1.0-4.0 mg/L 6-BA,0.1-0.5 mg/L NAA and 1.0-4.0 mg/L IBA were added to MS or 1/2MS medium to conduct the induction of bud,subculture of cluster buds and rooting of plantlets.The results showed that MS+6-BA(3.0 mg/L)+ NAA(0.1 mg/L) was the best medium for the induction of crown buds,and subculture of the cluster buds with 6.8 of multiplication coefficient in period of 22 days.The optimal medium for r... |
