微波辅助提取山黄皮果中的黄酮类物质

摘    要:目的]确定从山黄皮Clausena indica(Datz).Oliv.]果中提取黄酮类化合物的优化条件。方法]通过单因素试验和正交试验对微波辅助提取山黄皮黄酮类化合物的工艺条件进行了探讨,研究了溶剂浓度、料液比、微波功率及微波处理时间对黄酮类化合物提取的影响;并对微波辅助提取法和常规提取法的效果进行了比较。结果]山黄皮果中黄酮类化合物微波辅助提取的最佳条件为:乙醇体积分数60%,料液比1∶50,微波功率240W,微波处理时间60s,在此条件下,提取所得山黄皮中黄酮类化合物含量为3.621%,常规提取法提取所得黄酮类化合物含量为3.216%。结论]微波辅助法提取山黄皮果中的黄酮类物质效果优于常规提取法。
