| 摘 要： | 农村物流运作平台的有无与完善与否,在农村物流发展中起着关键的决定性作用。介绍了衡阳农村物流的基本概况,探讨了衡阳农村物流运作平台缺位及不完善的具体表现,最后从农村物流运作平台的构建原则、构建策略、评价标准等方面就如何构建衡阳农村物流运作平台进行了较为深入的研究。

| Abstract: | The rural logistics operating platform and its perfecting play the key decisive role in the development of rural logistics.The basic situations of rural logistics in Hengyang were introduced.The concrete manifestations of vacant and incomplete rural logistics operating platform in Hengyang were discussed.Finally,how to construct the rural logistics operating platform in Hengyang was deeply studied from the aspects of the construction principles,construction strategies,evaluation criteria and so on. |
