Study on the Organizing Models and Guaranteeing Measure of Policy in the Building Base of Producing Citrus

Producing are of the citrus is the sticking point in the industrialization. Based on the producing characteristic and level of citrus in Chongqing, this paper summarized the practice and experiment at all over the country, discussed on the organizing models and guaranteeing methods of policy in the building area of producing citrus.
