| 摘 要： | 通过对ＭＹ－１２１轧花机的内部结构及工作原理的研究，指出现行籽棉物流控制系统的不足，研制了模糊智能变频调速系统，控制方案已在计算机上实现，并用于棉厂实时控制，该模糊控制系统运行结果是令人鼓舞，极大地改善了控制精度，稳定了扎花生产。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the inner structure and operation principle of the MY 121 cotton gin in detail, and points out the shortcomings of the present control system for unginned cotton flow fed to the cotton gin. A fuzzy intelligent control system and variable frequency variable speed control system is developed, and it has improved greatly control accuracy and steadied the production of ginning cotton. The new control scheme has been implemented in an 8031 single chip computer, and have used for real time operation in cotton factories. The practical operation results have been very encouraging. |
