摘    要:利用不同剂量γ辐射线不同种源的国产狗牙根进行处理。分析引进表明:①从种的水平上,狗牙根匍匐茎γ射线的半致死剂量为9000rads。②不同种源对不同剂量γ射线反应不同,处理后所有种源节间变细,但幅度不同,在6.7~26.7%之间,高剂量处理使狗牙根节间缩短6.1%~26.5%,叶片变短21.8%~52.1%,但在叶宽性状上变异方向不一,其变幅为-15.4%~11.8。低剂量处理对不同种源生产反应不同

Abstract:Cynodon dactylon from 10 producing areas in China were irradiated with different dose of γ rays. The result showed that the semilethal dose was 9 000 rads and the shortened range of internode length varied from 6.7% to 26. 7%. The length of internode and leaf with high-density irradiation was shortened by 6.1%~26.5% and 21.8%~52.1% respectively, but leaf breadth varied from -15.4% to 11.8%. C. dactylon with low-density irradiation performed different variation in both scope and direction. It indicated that the high-density irradiation could cause the stable and expected variation. Stem color of 8.3% C. dactylon became red because of irradiation. Leaf color of 50.0% and 40.0% C. dactylon became deep respectively under the low and high-density irradiation respectively.
