雏鸡应用益生素后外周血液的体液免疫动态变化

摘    要:应用免疫SPA菌体花环法和间接ELISA法系统地研究了雏鸡饲喂益生素后,其外周血液体液免疫学动态变化.研究结果发现:雏鸡饲喂相应数量和时间的益生素后,其血液中B细胞数量,IgG、IgM、IgA含量均较未饲喂益生素的对照雏鸡有不同程度的提高,其中B细胞数量、IgM、IgA含量于饲喂7天达到高峰,IgG含量于饲喂后10天达到高峰.表明益生素能够增强饲喂雏鸡外周血液的体液免疫功能.

Abstract:Staphytococcal protein A(SPA) rosette test and indirect enymelinket immunosorbent assay (IELISA) were used to research the dynamic changes of the humoral immune in peripheral blood of chicks fed with probiotics. The results were as follows: the number of B cells or the content of IgG, IgM and IgA in peripheral blood of chicks fed with probiotics increased in different extent as compared with those of control. The number of B cells and the content of IgM, IgA in peripheral blood reach peak at 7th day after feeding with probitic-(AF), the content of IgG in peripheral blood reach peak on 10th day AF. The results showed that the level of humoral immune of the chicks fed with probiotics could be enhanced.
