| 摘 要： | 于节瓜强雌系R89-3-7-5第二真叶期，分别喷施300、500、1000mg/L浓度的赤霉素(GA3)，结果表明：节瓜第二真叶期喷施赤霉素后，植株的节问拉长，生长势减弱，叶色淡绿，主侧蔓横径纤细，雄花变细变小，花粉少。300mg/L的赤霉素诱雄效果不明显，与对照CK相比单株雄花数增加21．7％；500mg/L的赤霉素诱雄效果好，与对照相比单株雄花数增加64．1％；1000mg／L的赤霉素诱雄效果明显，与对照相比单株雄花数增加94．7％，但是此浓度对节瓜植株的不良影响过大，节瓜的生长势过弱。

| Abstract: | The effect of GA_3(300,500,1000mg/L,sprayed at two leave pieriod)was researched. The result shows GA_3 makes the nods of plant longer and slimmer, the colour of leave lighter, the male flowers smaller and cosmer decrease. GA_3 can seduce more male flowers by 21.7, 64.1, 94.7% respectively than CK, but the effect of 300mg/L is not obvious and 1000mg/L shows a bad influence on the growth of plant, which weaken the plant obviously. |
