| 摘 要： | [目的]筛选吐温-80的最佳试验浓度。[方法]采用营养液萌发法测定11种不同浓度的吐温-80与白僵菌分生孢子的生物相容性。[结果]结果表明，吐温-80在浓度为0.0075％、0.0250％、0.0500％和0.1000％时白僵菌的孢子萌发率均达到95％以上，且差异不大，对白僵菌的生长影响较小。[结论]当吐温-80浓度小于0.1000％（含0.1000％）时可考虑应用于白僵菌的相容性试验中。

| Abstract: | [Objective] The research aimed to screen out the best concentration of Tween 80.[Method]The biological compatibility of B.bassiana conidia and 11 kinds of Tween 80 was determined by germination conidial in nutritional liquid.[Result] The results showed that germination rates of Beauveria bassiana exceed 95% when the concentration of Tween 80 was 0.007 5%、0.025 0%、0.050 0% and 0.100 0%.[Conclusion]Tween 80 can be use in the compatibility experiment of B.bassiana if the concentration of Tween 80 is lower than 0.100 0%(including 0.100 0%). |
