| 摘 要： | 乳铁蛋白作为一种天然的具有免疫功能的糖蛋白,是转铁蛋白家族的一员。它存在于哺乳动物的各种外分泌物中,乳中的含量较高,因其广泛的生理功能,近年来越来越多地受到人们的关注。概括介绍乳铁蛋白的结构及其重要的生理功能以及乳铁蛋白的制备方法,并展望乳铁蛋白作为一种添加剂在畜牧业上的应用前景。 |

| Abstract: | As a natural glycoprotein with immune function,lactoferrin(LF),a member of the trans- ferrin family.LF mainly exists in numerous exocrine secretions of mammals and remains the high content in the milk,LF has received more and more attentions in recent years because of the extensive physiologi- cal functions.The chemical structure,the main physiological functions and preparation methods of LF were briefly introduced.The perspectives of the application of LF additives in animal husbandry were also discussed. |
