摘    要:在常规的干法灰化中,采用Vc助溶。大多数植物样品都能获得清亮的待测溶液·用原子吸收光谱测定灰分元素。变异系数在0.455~2.55之间,标准加入法的回收率在98.5%~103%之间.与不加Vc助溶的干法灰化和常规的湿法灰化测定结果比较,精密度和准确度得到了较大提高,且实验中未观察到Vc对原子化效率和测定背景值产生影响.

Abstract:In the present experiment, most plant samples ashed by conventional dry ashing were solved completely when ascorbic was added. Atomic absorption spectrometric determination of the solutions showed that the variation coefficients ranged from 0. 455 to 2.55 and the recoveries ranged from 98. 5% to 103%, which were better in precision and accuracy than the results obtained using conventional dry ashing without the addition of ascorbic acid, or wet digestion. No effects of ascorbic acid on atomization and background signals were detected.
