浏阳市烤烟生长气象灾害分析及防灾减灾系统构建

利用浏阳气象观测站1971—2010年的气象资料,对影响烤烟生长的气象灾害进行分析。结果表明:98%以上年份都会出现灾情,其中暴雨出现频率为100%,洪涝18%,干旱56%,低温100%,高温90%,阴雨寡照85%。为降低气象灾害的影响,浏阳市建立了现代烟草农业气象保障服务系统,通过应用烤烟气候区划成果、利用短期趋势预测做年度生产计划、构建烤烟专项气象预报预警服务平台、完善烤烟气象防灾减灾体系建设等措施,全力保障浏阳烤烟优质、高效、稳产。

Analysis on Meteorological Disaster of Tobacco Growth and Establishment of Disaster Prevention and Reduction System in Liuyang City

The meteorological disasters and its effect on growing period of flue-cured tobacco were studied based on Liuyang Meteorological Observation data from 1971 to 2010.The statistical results showed that meteorological disasters occurred over 98% in the past forty years.The occurrence of heavy rain was 100%,flooding was 18%,drought was 56%,low temperature was 100%,high temperature was 90%,and few sunshine for overcast was 85%.In order to reduce the influence of meteorological disasters on tobacco,the meteorological support service system for modern tobacco agricultural of Liuyang City was developed.The measures were applied such as climatic regionalization of flue-cured tobacco,annual plan of tobacco plant using short term trend prediction,establishment of weather forecast and warning platform for tobacco,improvement of meteorological disaster prevention and reduction system for tobacco,and etc,so as to ensure high quality,high efficiency and stable yield of flue-cured tobacco in Liuyang City.
