摘    要:对豆科的三叶草、苜蓿、红豆草,禾本科的黑麦草、紫羊茅和高羊茅种子用深绿木霉孢子悬浮液浸种处理,通过设置深绿木霉孢子悬浮液不同浓度,分别为原液、稀释10倍、50倍、100倍及对照5个处理筛选出稀释50倍对种子的促生作用最明显;在50倍稀释浓度下,设不同温度5、10、15、20、2.5、30℃6个处理,不同湿度0%、40%、60%、80%、99.5%5个处理;不同光照条件全光照、半光照半黑暗、全黑暗3个光照处理,统计牧草种子发芽率。结果表明,深绿木霉稀释10倍、50倍和100倍均对供试牧草种子的发芽有明显的促生作用,其中50倍液的促生作用最明显。最适萌发温度为25~30℃、最适萌发湿度为60%~80%和最适萌发光照条件为全黑暗。

Abstract:The seeds of 5 species of legume and 5 species of gramineae were used to test their germination rates under the different treatments of Trichoderma aureoviride spore suspending solution(control,stock solution,10 tomes,50 times and 100 times of diluted solution),temperatures(5,10,15,20,25 and 30 ℃),humidity(0%,40%,60%,80% and 99.5%) and illumination(full exposure,half exposure and full darkness).The result indicated that the germination rates were improved treated by 10 times,50 times and 100 times of diluted solution,in which,the best concentration was 2×106 spores/ml.The most suitable conditions were 25 ℃ to 30 ℃ of temperature,60% to 80% of humidity and full darkness.
