摘 要: | 本文提出了作物茎鞘内输导组织对光合产物分子输送速度差异的测量方法、光合产物通过茎鞘某小段对输送速度差异度(E)的概念和E值[作物光合产物被鞘(或茎)输导组织输送的各个速度和基准速度差值的加权平均值与基准速度Vm的比]的测算公式,即:并实际测定了水稻品种665苗期倒二叶鞘上部的E值,E=0.3493。讨论了一定时间内流过茎或鞘某截面标记光合产物量(即流量)的活体动态测定方法.流量m的测算公式为:
