从人才培养模式看高等农业教育的创新与回归

当前，我国高等农业教育人才培养规模逐步扩大，学科建设明显加强，科研水平不断提升，同时也面临着优质生源不足、传统农业学科专业人才比例下降、农业科技成果转化、推广率不高等问题。从人才培养模式的角度看，高等农业教育需要把人才培养的关注点从“职业”转移到“人的发展”上来，并从人才培养方案、专业设置、教学课程体系、招生培养方式、实践教学体系、教学基地建设、创新创业教育等方面加以改革或强化。
