| 摘 要： | [目的]研究甘草中甘草酸的提取工艺。[方法]以甘草酸收率为指标,正交试验法考察提取时间、提取温度、溶剂用量及配比对甘草酸提取率的影响。[结果]提取时间、溶剂用量对甘草酸提取率有显著影响。[结论]得出甘草中甘草酸的最佳提取工艺,并通过试验得以验证。

| Abstract: | [Objective] The research aimed to study the extraction technology of glycyrrhizic acid from Glycyrrhiza uralemis Fisch.[Method] Taking the yield of glycyrrhizic acid as index,the effects of extraction time,extraction temperature,solvent volume and ratio on the extraction rate of glycyrrhizic acid were investigated by using orthogonal test method.[Result] Extraction time and solvent volume had significant effects on the extraction rate of glycyrrhizic acid.[Conclusion] The optimum extraction technology of glycyrrhizic acid from G.uralemis was obtained and verified in the test. |
