| 摘 要： | 高校教学资源库建设是实现教育信息化的基础。本文从教学资源库管理平台的搭建，以及各个专业资源库建设两个方面，对符合高校自身特点与区域特色的教学资源库建设进行研究，具有较强的现实意义。

The paper from two aspects, that is the educational resources management platform, and various professional resource library construction, researches teaching resources database construction that has college oneself characteristic and regional characteristic, has a strong practical significance. |
