桐油衍生物/苯乙烯无皂乳液聚合动力学研究

摘    要:目的]研究无皂乳液聚合反应动力学,为油脂类单体寻求一种新的绿色聚合方法,。方法]在制备桐油衍生物(TOMG/MA)/苯乙烯无皂乳液的基础上,控制反应中其他条件不变,只改变聚合反应的一个因素,对无皂乳液聚合反应进行动力学研究。结果]苯乙烯/(TOMG/MA)无皂乳液聚合反应动力学方程可表示为:Rp=kSt]1.25TOMG/MA]0.01KPS]0.96,反应活化能大约为81.8kJ/mol。结论]苯乙烯/(TOMG/MA)无皂乳液聚合反应符合一般的自由基共聚反应机理。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the kinetics of the soap-free emulsion copolymerization and find a new green method of polymerizaition.
