摘    要:随着人类基因组计划的完成与落幕,各种家畜如小鼠、牛、猪等的测序工作也相继完成,动物基因组学的研究重点已转向功能基因组学。而蛋白质组学是功能基因组学中非常重要的一部分,作为蛋白质组学研究中经典技术的双向电泳技术就显得尤为重要,论文对双向电泳在牛、猪等家畜中的基础研究进展予以综述,并就蛋白质组学技术的前景加以小结和展望。

Abstract:With the completion of Human Genome Project. a variety of animals. including mice. bovine. pigs and etc. also complete the sequencing. Functional genomics is becoming the focus in animal Genomics research. And proteomes is part of functional genomics. So as the classical technology of proteornes , two-dimensional electrophoresis technology is particularly important. The progress of proteomics about bovine. pig and other domestic animals which based on Two-dimensional electrophoresis was simply discussed in this paper. And proteomics technology was summarized and the prospect of it was also discussed in the end.
