摘    要:以"正大康"草鱼颗粒饲料配方为基础日粮,将1%的复合微生物制荆作为饲料添加剂投喂草鱼,30 d后分别测定草鱼的生长性能指标与肝胰脏、肠道的淀粉酶和脂肪酶的活性.结果显示,实验组草鱼的体重和体长分别比对照增长8.93%(P<0.01)和3.93%(P<0.01);肝胰脏和肠道的淀粉酶的活性分别提高227.36%(P<0.01)和239.56%(P<0.01),脂肪酶的活力分别提高22.51%(P<0.01)和7.16%(P<0.01).从而表明,复合微生物制剂能有效促进草鱼的生长与提高消化能力,为其在水产养殖中的应用提供参考依据.

Abstract:In test with Zhengdakang grass carp feed formula as basic diets,1% compound microorganism agent as additive was fed on grass carps and the growth performance indexes and the activity of amylase and lipase in hepatopancreas and intestinal canal were determined respectively.after 30 days.The result showed that compared with control,the weight,length of grass carp increased 8.93%(P<0.01) and 3.93%(P<0.01),and amylase activity of hepatopancreas and intestinal canal enhanced 227.36%(P<0.01) and 239.56%(P<0.01),and lipase activity enhanced 22.51%(P<0.01) and 7.16%(P<0.01) respectively,suggesting that the compound microorganism agent could effectively improved the growth and digestion function of grass carp.
