农科类贫困大学生的压力源及应对策略

贫困大学生是高校中的特殊群体，其经济与心理的双重贫困日益成为高校、社会关注的焦点。鉴于此，通过立足于农科类贫困大学生的实际，在综合分析已有研究的基础上，主要从个体心理因素、学业和生活因素、家庭、社会环境四个方面分析大学生的压力源，并具体分析了应对压力的策略，以期帮助贫困大学生维护自身心理健康，并为农业院校对贫困大学生进行有效的心理干预提供建设性建议。

An Analysis on Stress Sources and Coping Strategies among Agriculture-Related Impoverished Undergraduates

Impoverished undergraduates are special groups in colleges. Both colleges and society are gradually focusing on the economical and psychological impoverishment of undergraduates. Therefore, based on all the researches and realities of agriculture-related impoverished undergraduates, the article analyses stress sources from perspectives including personal psychology, study-and-life factors, family and social environment, and proposes some positive coping strategies in order to help impoverished undergraduates keep psychological health and offer agriculture-related colleges constructive suggestions on psychological intervention for impoverished undergraduates.
