后推式举升机构的优化设计与仿真

摘    要:后推式举升机构对自卸车的生产效率和生产性能影响很大。本文先建立了举升机构运动时各点的位置坐标和举升力的数学模型,然后建立了以自卸车的油压波动系数为最小的目标函数和以机构运动干涉、油缸运动干涉、活塞行程、机构几何尺寸等多项约束条件的约束函数。最后用Matlab编程软件对一具体的自卸车进行了优化设计,结果表明目标函数有明显的降低。所得结果对自卸车的设计有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The backward-pushing lifting mechanism has a great effect on the productive efficiency and characters of dump trucks. First the paper builds the mathematical model of the coordinates of every point and lifting force of the movement of lifting mechanism,then builds the objective function of and constraining function with the small oil waving factor, mechanism movement intervene, motion intervene, pistol distance. At last optimize and design to a real dump truck by matlab and the result shows the objective function decreases greatly. The result is helpful to the design of the dump truck.
