彩叶园林植物土壤线虫群落多样性研究

摘    要:为探明园林彩叶植物土壤线虫群落组成,指示土壤生态系统的生态过程和健康状况。以佳木斯双拥公园的园林彩叶植物为调查对象,对其土壤线虫数量、土壤线虫属数目及土壤线虫群落多样性进行了分析。结果表明:火炬树、白牛槭、紫叶李和红瑞木土壤线虫数和土壤线虫属数目相对较多。白牛槭、王族海棠和五叶地锦土壤线虫群落多样性指数和均匀性指数较高,植物根周土壤生态系统多样性和稳定性较好,受外界干扰程度较小。

Abstract:In order to prove community composition of soil nematodes of color-leafed garden plants,indicator the ecological process and health status of soil ecosystem. Taking color-leafed garden plants in Jiamusi Shuangyong park as investigation object, the number and species of soil nematodes ,nematodes communities diversities were analyzed. The results showed that the number of soil nematodes of Rhus typhina Nutt,Acer mandshuricum Maxim, Prunus ceraifera CV. Pissardii, Szvidaalba Opiz were more relatively. The nematodes communities di versities and evenness index of Rhus typhina Nutt, Malus' Royalty , Parthenocissus thornsoni were large, the e cosystem diversity and stability of soil around the root of color-leafed garden plants were good with strong re sistance to environment disturbances.
