不同季节吸附剂GY-3对牛舍内NH3吸附性能的研究

摘    要:在春季、夏季、秋季和冬季的牛舍内均匀铺撒10kg(8m2)的吸附剂GY-3,用便携式气体检测仪测定各季节连续8hNH3CH4和CO2浓度的变化,并与无吸附剂的对照试验进行比较,研究不同季节吸附剂GY-3对上述气体8h的吸附性能、结果表明,各季节10kg GY-3吸N8h可极显著降低牛舍中NH,的浓度(P〈O.01),在春、夏、秋、冬四个季节,lkgGY-38h分别可以吸附NH,1.43g、2.26g、0.87g和0.55g,NH、吸附量随着季节间初始浓度的增加而增加,随着吸附时间的增加而迅速降低,浓度对吸附量的影响要高于温度。吸附剂GY-3对CH2和CO2没有明显的吸附作用(p〉0.05)。

Abstract:In this study, 10kg(8m2) adsorbent GY-3 was evenly spread in confined cowshed in spring, summer, autumn and winter, a portable gas detector was used to measure the concentration changes of NH3, CH4, CO2 for 8h continuously in each season. Comparing with controlled trials which was no adsorbent, the properties of adsorbent GY-3 absorbing the three gases were studied. The results showed that 10kg GY-3 adsorbed for 8h can be very significantly reduced (P〈0.01) NH3 concentration in cowshed in all seasons, lkg GY-3 adsorbed for 8h can absorb NH3 1.55g, 2.49g, 0.94g and 0.60g respectively in spring, summer, autumn and winter. Adsorption amount increased with the increasing of initial concentration for seasons, decreased rapidly with the adsorption time extending, the impact of concentration on adsorption amount was higher than the temperature. There was no significant adsorption of adsorbent GY-3 for CH4 and CO2 (P〉0.05).
