优势关系下赋权法和TOPSIS的膜下滴灌模式评价

考虑到评价体系中指标的有序性，将优势关系引入到指标权重的确定中，防止了信息的流失，使获得的客观权重更准确。同时，考虑到主观权重存在的必要性，构造模糊一致性矩阵得到主观权重。最后使用TOPSIS方法对所有灌水模式进行排序。实例应用结果表明，所提出的模型能有效地解决膜下滴灌模式评价问题，排序结果科学合理，为综合评价体系提供了一种新的有价值的参考。

Evaluation of Drip Irrigation under Mulch Scheme Based on Dominance Relationship Weighting Method and TOPSIS

Considering the ordering characteristic of indexes in evaluation system, introduce dominance relationship to the determination of index weight, so that preventing the loss of the information and more accurate objective weight is obtained. At the same time, considering the necessity of subjective weight, structure fuzzy consistent matrix to get subjective weight. Finally, use TOPSIS method to sort the irrigation schemes. The application result shows the proposed method can effectively solve the evaluation problem of irrigation schemes with a scientific and reasonable sorting. This method also provides a new valuable reference to comprehensive evaluation system.
