广州市荔湾区河涌整治排涝方案研究

摘    要:荔湾区河涌众多,现有河涌防洪排涝能力偏低。根据荔湾区河涌水系整治研究的需要,建立了荔湾区河涌水系一维河网水动力数学模型,对荔湾区不同河涌整治方案的排涝状况进行计算、分析。研究显示,芳村地区大多数河涌未完全达到20年一遇排涝标准,新建塞坝闸、牛肚湾闸、葵蓬闸及花地河南、北闸与广佛闸后,区内与新建水闸和花地河有水力联系的河涌排涝水位明显下降,可明显提高芳村地区的防洪排涝能力,新建塞坝闸、葵蓬闸及花地河南、北闸与广佛闸对排涝而言是必要的。

Numerical Research on Drainage Schemes for Riverlet Regulation in Liwan District of Guangzhou
Abstract:There are many riverlets in Liwan District , the flood drainage standard of the existing riverlets is low. According to the demand for research on riverlet regulation in Liwan District, a hydrodynamic mathematical model for the river network in Liwan District is established based on one-dimensional Saint-Venant equations, the drainage conditions of different riverlet regulation schemes are simulated and analyzed. The numerical results indicate that the drainage standard of 5% frequency flood is not satisfied for most of the riverlets in Fangcun area. After the construction of Saiba sluice, Niuduwan sluice, Kuipeng sluice, Huadi Southern sluice and Northern sluice, and Guangfo sluice, the drainage water levels of the riverlets which have hydraulic relation to these sluices and Huadi river drop obviously, the construction of these sluices can obviously improve the flood drainage capacity of Fangcun area. It is necessary to build these sluices for flood drainage in Fangcun area.
