柴胡中微量元素和总黄酮测定与清除自由基构效关系分析

摘    要:目的]对中草药柴胡中微量元素和总黄酮含量进行测定,为研究药物中微量元素和总黄酮的作用及与治疗呼吸疾病的关系提供依据。方法]选取中药柴胡,采用HNO3-HClO4湿法消化,用原子吸收分光光度计测定其微量元素的含量,并采用醇提法提取柴胡中总黄酮,在NaNO2存在下,用紫外分光光度法在510 nm波长下测定药物中总黄酮的含量,r=0.999 5。结果]测定结果显示,柴胡中含有丰富的金属元素和黄酮类化合物。其中含量较高的是Fe、Zn和Mn元素,总黄酮含量为16.42 mg/L。结论]柴胡中含有丰富的金属元素和黄酮类化合物,为研究柴胡治疗呼吸系统疾病及清除自由基提供了有用的数据。

Abstract:Objective] Determining the content of trace elements and total flavonoids in Bupleurum provided the basis for studying the relationship between the function of trace elements and total flavonoids in medicine and curing respiratory diseases.Method] Selecting Bupleurum of Chinese medicine as material,with wet digestion of HNO3-HClO4,the atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used to determine the contents of trace elements.Using alcohol extraction to obtain the total flavonoids in Bupleurum,the content of total flavonoids in medicine were determined at the wave length of 510 nm using UV spectrophotometry in the presence of NaNO2 and r=0.999 5.Result] The results showed that the contents of metal elements and flavonoids compounds were rich in Bupleurum and the contents of Fe, Zn and Mn were higher.The content of total flavonoids was 16.42 mg/L.Conclusion] The contents of metal elements and flavonoids were rich in Bupleurum,which provided useful data for curing respiratory diseases by using Bupleurum and free radical scavenging.
