摘 要: | 试验以葛根渣为主料,设计不同的培养基配方进行糙皮侧耳栽培试验研究。结果表明,以65%葛根渣和17%杂木糠组成的培养基配方D,栽培的糙皮侧耳子实体产量和生物转化率高,且菌丝体洁白、粗壮,出菇周期短。

Abstract: | The effect of substrate formulae on Pleurotus ostreatus yield was investigated using Pueraia radix root residue as main ingredient. The results showed that the substrates D which mixed with 65% of Pueraia radix root residue and 17% sawdust was the best substrate for fruit body production and mycelium growth of Pleurotus ostreatus. |
