| Abstract: | The present state of edible fungi standardization were analyzed, and the problems of present edible fungi standards were summed up, putting forward principle and gist for Ytmnan province＇ s edible fungi standard system construction. According to produce before, during and after three phases, standard classification were divided, building technical standard systerm of edible fungus indu siry in Yunnan province. |
