超级稻机械化生产关键技术装备研究开发的技术途径

摘    要:从超级稻生产发展的角度出发,提出研究开发超级稻生产技术装备的重要性,根据超级稻的生物特性分析了对机械化技术装备的特殊要求,提出超级稻生产机械化关键技术装备应包含的主要内容、要解决的主要问题,就现有育秧播种技术设备、插秧机械、三种联合收获机械、中后期病虫害防治机械对超级稻生产的适应性做了具体分析,并结合一些初步试验,提出解决超级稻机械化生产关键技术装备问题应采取的技术途径,最后指出超级稻机械化装备的良好发展前景。

Technical ways Of Developing key-technologies & Machines of Super-rice Mechanization

Abstract:Super-rice growth region and area are more and more,so developing relative production technologies & machines is very important. The super-rice is quite different from the common rice,so the production machines have many specific properties.The key-technologies & the machines for super-rice production mechanization, main problems and current seeding technology&devices in rearing seedling,transplanting techniques&machines, three kinds of harvester, as well as preventing pests machines in super-rice the latter and middle growing period are described, and the adaptabilities with the super-rice production are analysed in this paper. According to initial tests results,the Technical ways of developing key-technologies & machines of super-rice mechanization are put forward.In the final section of the paper,pointed out the good prospect of the super-rice mechanization.
