不同地理种群茶尺蠖对EoNPV的敏感性差异研究

摘    要:
采集来自浙江、湖南、湖北和江苏省的7个不同地理种群茶尺蠖,用茶尺蠖核型多角体病毒(EoNPV)进行室内生物测定,结果表明不同地理种群茶尺蠖对EoNPV敏感性存在明显差异。浙江杭州种群和江苏宜兴种群对EoNPV的敏感性较高,饲毒后11d幼虫全部死亡,致死中浓度(LC50)分别为8.32×104PIB/mL和8.61×104PIB/mL;其他5个地理种群茶尺蠖对EoNPV的敏感性较低,饲毒后11d的死亡率均在30%以下,致死中浓度LC50在1.35×107~6.03×107PIB/mL之间;其中敏感性最低的浙江衢州种群和敏感性最高的江苏宜兴种群毒力差异达724.5倍。

Abstract:
The experiment of bioassay among 7 different geographic populations of tea geometrid was conducted to investigate the susceptibility difference against EoNPV.The results indicated that,there was a significant susceptibility difference against EoNPV in different geographic populations.Hangzhou population(HZ) and Yixing population(YX) have higher degree of susceptibility than that of others,and all larvae died in the 11th day after fed with EoNPV,with the median lethal concentration values were 8.32×104 PIB/mL and 8.61×104 PIB/mL respectively.The other 5 populations showed lower susceptibilities,and the mortality rates were under the 30% after 11-day EoNPV feeding,the median lethal concentration values were between 1.35×107 PIB/mL and 6.03×107 PIB/mL.Compared with the susceptible population(YX),the virulence ratio of EoNPV on the resistant population(Quzhou population,QZ) reached up to 724.5 fold.
