| Abstract: | The effect of theanine on immuno-enhancement ability was evaluated.Results showed that theanine nearly has no impact on mice immune organs.And theanine could effectively enhance the clearing ability of mice.Theanine could also effectively increase the DTH of mice in DNFB induced tests(all does groups being higher compare with the model does),and especially,the high does increased most.The maximal tolerance dose(MTD) on theanine is more than 20.0 g/kg,which illustrate theanine is non-toxic. |
