| 摘 要： | 虫草素是蛹虫草中具有药用功能的活性成分。采用超声波技术获得柞蚕蛹虫草虫草素萃取液后,利用固相萃取柱对虫草素进行预分离,再利用反相制备型高效液相色谱监测制备虫草素。试验结果表明,采用固相萃取柱可以高效地分离柞蚕蛹虫草萃取液中的虫草素,虫草素洗脱液中的虫草素质量分数达47.05%,经反相高效液相色谱监测制备的虫草素样品纯度达到99%以上,其萃取、分离、制备工艺简单,具有实用价值。
