机井灌溉计量收费管理与控制系统研制

摘    要:针对我国农村一家一户分散式农业灌溉的特点,开发研制了以村为单位进行管理的IC卡机井灌溉计量收费管理与控制系统,在系统中引入定额内外两种水价的预付费管理手段,实现了一户一卡,一卡多井,并且通过延时停泵解决了频繁启停泵问题.这套系统的应用,可大幅度提高农业用水管理水平.
