深栽造林钻孔机钻头结构的有限元分析及优化

摘    要:钻头是深栽造林钻孔机最重要的工作部件,强度和变形是钻头设计过程中必须考虑的问题。利用SolidWorks Simulation插件对深栽造林钻孔机钻头进行了有限元分析,并在此基础上对钻头结构进行了优化,使钻头厚度减小了2mm、质量减轻了2.1kg,达到了结构优化的目的。

Abstract:Drill is the most important working part of a deep planting earth auger and its strength and deformation must be considered in the drill design process. With the help of SolidWorks Simulation plug, a finite element analysis the drill of the deep planting earth auger is conducted, based on which optimization of the drill structure is conducted, reducing the thickness and mass of the drill by 2mm and 2.1kg respectively, reaching the purpose of structural optimization.
