| 摘 要： | 在详细分析新疆耕地资源调查资料的基础上,依据后备耕地利用潜力分级指数计算出新疆86个县(市)后备耕地的开发利用潜力综合指数,并针对新疆的具体特点提出了开发利用的措施。

| Abstract: | This paper expatiate the signification of exploiting the cropland in support according to the characteristic of cropland resources in China. On the basis of detailed analysis of the datum of cropland, the classificatory index of supported cropland using potential(SPUP) and its distribution features, this paper figure out the integrative index of SPUP in different regions in Xinjiang. Moreover, the paper puts forward the practical measures of exploiting and utilizing the cropland resources in support. |
