柴油机供油提前角对乙醇/柴油混合燃料经济性的影响

摘    要:该文对比分析了乙醇、柴油混合组成乙醇柴油混合燃料的方法,采用生物质作助溶剂配制了乙醇柴油混合燃料。在单缸柴油机上分别使用纯柴油和乙醇柴油混合燃料,进行了改变供油提前角对发动机燃料经济性影响的试验。结果表明:使用乙醇柴油混合燃料时,供油提前角的改变对燃料经济性的影响比较敏感,且相对使用纯柴油,适当减小供油提前角对提高燃料经济性有利。

Abstract:The methods for mixing ethanol with diesel oil into ethanol-diesel blend fuel were analyzed and compared; the ethanol-diesel blend fuel was made up with biological material as additive. The test on the influence of changing fuel supply advance angle on fuel economy was carried out on single cylinder diesel engine separately using diesel fuel and ethanol-diesel blend fuel. The test result shows that the influence is more sensible when the ethanol-diesel blend fuel is used, and it is beneficial for increasing the fuel economy to reduce suitably fuel supply advance angle.
