| 摘 要： | Halbach电机是一种新型永磁电机：独特的永磁体结构不仅使其磁极磁场呈正弦分布，而且还可以增加气隙磁通密度，削弱转子轭部磁通密度，这使得在提高电机的功率密度的同时，又可减小电机的体积和提高电机的效率。为提高水泵调速系统的性能设计了Halbach电机本体以及以TMS320F2407A为核心的变频调速系统；为减少加电瞬间对电路器件的冲击效应，在硬件电路中加入了软启动电路。实验数据证明Halbach永磁同步电机在此系统中具有较大的优越性。

| Abstract: | Halbach motor is a novel permanent magnet(PM) motor.Sinusoidal distribution of magnetic field is produced by the special structure of the permanent magnet.The field can increase the air-gap flux while decrease the rotor yoke flux,which can improve power density and reduce the volume of the motor.Halbach motor and speed-and-frequency adjusting system are designed based on TMS320F2407A firstly,which aim to improve the performance of water pump speed governor.Soft starter circuit is added to this system in order to decrease impact effect on circuit when it starts to work.Experimental results prove Halbach permanent magnet synchronous motor has great advantages in the system. |
