| 摘 要： | 从疑是鸡霍乱的病鸡肝脏中分离多杀性巴氏杆菌并进行鉴定，用病鸡肝脏研制出鸡霍乱组织灭活苗，用于发病鸡群的紧急接种治疗和正常免疫预防，用于紧急治疗时，鸡霍乱组织灭活苗和敏感抗菌药同时使用，用于正常免疫预防时，鸡霍乱组织灭活苗和弱毒菌联合使用。通过临床试验取得了良好效果，鸡霍乱组织灭活苗制备工艺简单，针对性强，效果好，非常值得基层推广应用。
