摘    要:为了查清规模化养狐场排出的污水对环境的影响,试验分别采用重铬酸钾法、稀释接种法、重量法、钠氏试剂分光光度法、钼锑抗分光光度法检测2家养狐场污水中化学需氧量(COD)、五日生化需氧量(BOD5)、悬浮物(SS)、总磷(T-P)、氨氮(NH3-N)的含量。结果表明:养狐场排放出的污水中COD、BOD5、SS、T-P、NH3-N的浓度严重超出《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》(GB 18596—2001)规定的养殖业水污染物最高允许日排放浓度。山东省潍坊市某水貂狐良种场排放污水中COD、BOD5、SS、T-P、NH3-N浓度分别是标准值的6.18倍、6.20倍、8.05倍、8.13倍、1.31倍,黑龙江省哈尔滨市某养殖场排放污水中COD、BOD5、SS、T-P、NH3-N浓度分别是标准值的18.28倍、13.13倍、29.8倍、20.13倍、3.51倍。

Abstract:To find out the effects of the sewage from large-scale fox farms on the environment,The potassium dichromate method,dilution inoculation method,gravimetric method,Nessler’s reagent spectrophotometric method and molybdenum-antimony anti-spectrophotometric method were used to detect he contents of chemical oxygen demand(COD),five-day biochemical oxygen demand(BOD5),suspended solids(SS),total phosphorus(T-P) and ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N) in the sewage from two fox farms,respectively.The results showed that the concentrations of COD,BOD5,SS,T-P and NH3-N in the sewage from the two fox farms,highly exceeded the maximum daily discharge concentration for water pollutants which was allowed by《Discharge standard of pollutants for livestock and poultry breeding》(GB 18596—2001).The concentrations of COD,BOD5,SS,T-P and NH3-N in the sewage from Weifang Yuxin mink fox breeding farm were 6.18,6.20,8.05,8.13 and 1.31 times of the standard value,respectively;and the concentrations in Harbin Yuxuan farm were 18.28,13.13,29.8,20.13 and 3.51 times of the standard value.
