厌氧悬浮颗粒污泥床反应器流态和运行状态相关关系研究

摘    要:第三代高效厌氧反应器是在第二代反应器基础上,主要对水力流态进行较大改进而产生的新型反应器,该类型反应器不仅具有第二代反应器生物量高的特点,同时又具有良好的水力混合特性,大大提高了反应器的处理效率。本文选择厌氧悬浮床反应器作为研究对象,考察了反应器在运行过程中运行状态与流态之间的关系,建立高效厌氧反应器水力流态模型,利用水力学流态模型的测定结果,讨论不同条件下反应器的短流、死区和膨胀率等影响。

Abstract:The third generation of high rate anaerobic reactor was improved mainly in the aspect of flow pattern on the basis of the second generation reactor.The new developed reactor can maintain as much high quantity biomass as the second generation reactor,in addition it has good hydraulic mixing characteristic,which improves the treatment efficiency of the reactor greatly.In this paper,the relations between the performance and the flow pattern at different loading rate level in anaerobic suspended sludge bed reactor has been investigated.The hydraulic fluid model for high rate anaerobic reactor was established,which is then utilized in the discussion of the short circuiting flows,dead space and expansion rate of the reactors under different conditions.
