水杨酸对盐胁迫下大白菜种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响

摘    要:为了探明水杨酸(SA)对盐胁迫下大白菜种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响,在200 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,研究了不同浓度SA处理下大白菜种子发芽率和幼苗叶片保护酶活性的变化。结果表明:1.0mmmol/LSA处理能够提高盐胁迫条件下大白菜种子萌发的数量、速度和质量,并提高大白菜幼苗叶片保护酶的活性,这些变化都有利于缓解盐害,提高大白菜的抗盐性。

Effect of Salicylic Acid on Seed Germination and Physiological Characters of Chinese Cabbage Under Salt Stress

Abstract:In order to explore the effects of salicylic acid(SA)on seed germination and physiological characters of Chinese cabbage under salt stress,under 200 mmol/L NaCl stress condition,the effects of SA at different concentrations on the leaf protective enzymatic activities in Chinese cabbage seedlings were investigated.The results showed that at the stage of seed germination,application of SA could increase the germination rate and protective enzymes activity of Chinese cabbage seedlings.The best effect was observed in the treatment of 1.0 mmol/L SA.Therefore,the injuries induced by the NaCl stress were mitigated,and salt resistance of Chinese cabbage increased.
