摘    要:
为了研究微生物菌剂对粪便恶臭组分及微生物菌群的影响,选取猪粪和玉米秸秆作为堆肥原料进行28 d的堆肥试验.试验分为5组,A、B和C组分别用玉米秸秆调节堆体水分为40%、50%和60%,D和E组不加玉米秸秆,A、B、C和D组分别接种微生物菌剂,E组不添加菌剂.结果 显示,B组堆体的高温持续时间最长,粪便腐熟效果最好.与E...

Abstract:
In order to determine the effects of compound microbial preparation on fecal stench components and microbiota,samples of pig manure and corn straw were used as compost raw materials for a 28-day fermentation experiment.The experiment consisted of 5 groups:Groups A,B and Group C were treated with corn straw to adjust the water content to 40%,50% and 60%,respectively;Groups D and E were treated without corn straw.Groups A,B,C and D were then added with a compound microbial preparation,respectively;and Group E was the control without compound microbial preparation.The results showed that the fecal compost of Group B had the best effect with high temperature fermentation.Compared with Group E,the counts of E.coli in Group B were significantly decreased by 62.84%(P<0.05),but the counts of lactic acid bacteria in the group was significantly increased by 14.41%.The ammonium nitrogen concentrations in Groups A and B were lower than in the other groups(P<0.05),in which ammonium nitrogen concentration in Group B was 81.18% lower than in Group E(P<0.05).The ammonium nitrogen/total nitrogen value in Group B was 42.81% and 58.37% lower than in Groups D and E(P<0.05).The indole concentration in Group B was 53.36% and 67.52% lower than in Groups D and E(P<0.05).Compared with Groups D and E,the sulfate concentrations in Groups A,B and C were significantly decreased(P<0.05).In general,the compound microbial preparation had the best effect on the removing harmful substances from pig manure when the moisture content of the compost was 50%.
