摘    要:利用稀释涂布平板法,从受根结线虫为害的大蒜根须组织研磨液中筛选对根结线虫有明显抑杀效果的内生生防细菌。结果表明,在盆栽试验中,菌株S1-1对根结线法的杀线虫由活性为90.8%。通过盆栽试验验证生防菌株的防效,菌株S1-1防效为74.86%。结合菌株形态特征、分子生物学和生理生化特性,将菌株S1-1鉴定为短小芽孢杆菌(Bacillus pumilus)。

Abstract:The screening and identification of biocontrol bacteria from garlic root against root-knot nematode was performed using dilution methode.The results showed that the nematicidal activity of strain S1-1 against Meloidogyne incognita was 90.8%,and biocontrol effect of strain S1-1 was up to 74.86%against Meloidogyne incognita in pot experiment.Combined its morphlogicul characteristics,morphological characteristics and biochemical characteristics,Strain S1-1 was identified as Bacillus pumilus.
