| Abstract: | By analyzing the problems of textbooks,experimental conditions,teaching methods,teachers'quality and examination methods of Food Engineering Principle Experiment,the innovative experimental teaching reform of food engineering principle experiment was carried out.Through the teaching reform,top-up students would be trained to become high-level applied food science and engineering professionals with comprehensive quality. |
