| 摘 要： | 随着我国食品工业的快速发展,食品质量安全类技术人才的需求日益增大。高职院校食品类专业学生工作在我国食品质量与安全的第一线,作为先锋队、排头兵担负着我国食品质量与安全的重任。高职院校是培养此类食品企业急需人才的主要阵地,食品质量与安全控制类课程的教学质量决定着高技能复合型食品质量安全管理人才的培养质量。通过网上问卷调研的方式,深入统计分析了食品质量与安全类课程教学的现状,并对课程内容和教学形式等进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of China's food industry,there is an increasing demand for technical personnel in food quality and safety.In our country,students majoring in food work at the forefront of food in higher vocational college.As a pioneer,they shoulder the important task of food quality and safety.Higher vocational colleges are the main positions for training talents urgently needed by such food enterprises.The teaching of food quality and safety courses determines the training quality of high-skilled all-round talents in food quality and safety management.Through online questionnaire survey,the current situation of food quality and safety courses teaching were analyzed,and the course content and teaching form were discussed. |
