| 摘 要： | 课程思政作为三全育人的主阵地之一,能够有效实现知识传授与价值引领的有机统一。以食品专业课程“粮油加工工艺学”为例,基于其课程属性,结合食品专业学生特点,论述了其开展思政教育的必要性,并对实现路径进行了初步探索和实践,以期为食品专业其他课程开展课程思政提供参考。

| Abstract: | As one of the main positions of comprehensive education in three aspects,curriculum ideological and political education can effectively realize the organic unity of knowledge imparting and value leading.Taking the course of Grain and Oil Processing Technology for food specialty as an example,based on its course attributes and combining with the characteristics of students majoring in food specialty,this paper discussed the necessity of carrying out ideological and political education,and made a preliminary exploration and practice on the realization path,in order to provide a reference for other courses of food specialty to carry out ideological and political education. |
