采用梯形框结构加强机体刚度的试验模态研究

摘    要:采用试验模态分析方法,对485柴油机机体进行了试验,分析,通过模态试验与分析获得了反映机体动态特性的固有频率、模态振型和模态阻尼等参数。根据分析结果对该机体提出了在机体底部加梯形框的方案,采用梯形框可以增加机体底部局部刚度,再加上气缸盖进行试验,结果表明:机体的第一阶固有频率由原来的496.78 Hz增加到594.73 Hz和649.14 Hz,机体刚度得到加强。

Abstract:This paper tested and analyzed the Model 485 diesel engine block by the method of testing modal analysis,the parameters related to the structural dynamic characteristics of this engine body were obtained based on the modal experimental results,and it brought forward the scheme of appending trapezoid frame on the bottom of the engine.Adopting this scheme can increase the angular rigidity of the bottom of the engine,and then adding the cylinder head to test the result of the experimentation shows that the first inherence frequency increases from 496.78 Hz to 594.73 Hz.The angular rigidity of the engine is strengthened.
